With a career starting in Financial Services in 1997, Simon has always had a passion for simplifying Financial Services, to ensure people have access to the most suitable products to meet their needs, whilst delivering great outcomes for customers.

Creating a business that provides access to mortgages to find your dream home and providing access to insurance to ensure you covered for those unplanned events really resonated with Simon, especially as a Dad of a family of four with one boy and three girls, really helped Simon understand what is most important to his clients.

Richard has been providing Mortgage Advice since 2013, so has arranged lots of unique mortgages. Richard Started in an Estate Agency as Adviser before joining The Better Mortgage Company when it first opened.

Richard has had the opportunity to become experienced in many specialist mortgage types such as Foster Carer Mortgages, Right to Buy, Credit Impaired mortgages, Re-mortgages and mortgages for first and next time buyers.

In his spare time Richard spends his time with his family of three boys including twins, who keep Richard on his toes.
