Conveyancing, Insurance and Wills

Conveyancing

We know it’s important that the legal process doesn’t slow you down when you’re buying a property or re-mortgaging. That’s why we work with a number of solicitors to help you through the process.

Finding the right solicitor or conveyancer is a key part of buying a property, which is why we work with solicitors who have been rated by customers who have used their service.

When used with our Fee free advice mortgage service it will give you extra help and support from the point of your offer being accepted through to getting the keys to your new home – or if you’re re-mortgaging, right through to until your new mortgage completes.

This service is offered by referring you to a third party, for which we will receive a financial incentive.

Why do I need a Solicitor?

Whether purchasing, selling or re-mortgaging a property, you will require a recognised solicitor or conveyancer to complete the legal work both for you and your mortgage lender.

The solicitor will conduct appropriate searches and enquiries, highlighting significant issues, completing the legal transfer of ownership, transferring funds, repaying your existing mortgage and registering the interests of relevant parties (you and the lender) on the property you are buying.
